| What is RCC? |
| This is one of Rotary's programs that is not widely known. RCC stands for Rotary Community Corp. This is a group of Rotary minded people who do not have the funds to become Rotarians. They meet weekly and discuss what needs to be done in the village. We were very excited about this concept because it allowed us to establish an organization within the villages that would manage the profits from the Water Buffalo Project.
